Disclosure Documents

The Terms and Conditions for Deposit and Credit Accounts (or T&Cs) is a document (currently in two parts) that contains information about the benefits and risks along with the conditions attaching to basic deposit products and various non cash payment facilities issued by the Greater Building Society Ltd (Greater) and various conditions attaching to certain loan or credit accounts.

The Credit Card Conditions of Use document sets out conditions attaching to Credit Cards issued by Greater and this along with any other Schedule and terms and conditions booklet are read together to form the totality of the terms and conditions attaching to Greater Credit Cards.

A Financial Services Guide (or FSG) describes the financial services offered by, and important information about, financial services licensee like Greater. Greater Building Society Ltd holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL). AFSL No 237476.

A Product Disclosure Statement (or PDS) is a document (or sometimes a group of documents) that contains information about a financial product, including any significant benefits and risks, the cost of the financial product and the fees and charges that the financial product issuer may receive. Supplementary PDSs may be issued from time to time and must be read in conjunction with the PDS to which they relate.

How to obtain T&Cs, a PDS or FSG

This page provides you with electronic access to the Terms and Conditions for Deposit and Credit Accounts issued by Greater Building Society Ltd, together with Greater's FSG. These documents are also available at any branch or by calling customer service on Customer Service: 1300 651 400.

PDS's for financial products issued by third parties dealt with by or arranged through Greater can be obtained either from a Greater Branch or the issuing institution. Please note that some financial products are not required to have a PDS.
