Internet Security Alert

Dear Customer,

Please be alert to fake emails claiming to be from your financial institution.

These emails ask you to record date of birth and mobile phone details via a link contained in the email in order to maintain Greater online banking access.

Under no circumstances will the Greater Building Society send unsolicited emails, requesting passwords, dates of birth, phone numbers or similar personal information from you.
You should never follow any links contained in such emails.

If you received such an email that refers to Internet Banking security and asks you to perform any task please ignore and delete it.

If you have responded to such an email please contact the Greater Building Society Fraud Prevention team on 1300 653 679 urgently.
