What is the Greater's BSB Number?
The Greater Building Society's BSB Number is 637-000.
How do I quote my account number for electronic transfers and payments?
We have commenced issuing customers with 9-digit account numbers. If your account number contains 9-digits please quote this number in full for electronic transfers and payments.
My Greater Account Number has 11-digits but I only need 9-digits for electronic transfers and payments. Which numbers do I use?

You take your 11-digit account number and drop off the first and last digit.

For example, account number 016.09.12345/6 becomes 160912345.

Where can I use my Greater Access Card Interstate?

You can use your card at ATM or EFTPOS machines of any financial institution throughout Australia.1

Can I change the address on my Greater accounts via email or Internet Banking?
For security reasons we are unable to change an address on the authority of an email. However, if you call us on 1300 651 400 we can change your address over the phone.
How can I make deposits to Greater accounts if I am outside NSW or not near a Greater Branch?
You can make a deposit to a Greater account at any financial institution. You need to quote our BSB Number 637-000 and your account number in 9-digit format. The financial institution you make the deposit at will generally charge a fee for accepting your deposit.
