Nowra home buyers will have more choice in the
home loan market with the Greater Building Society today announcing it
will open its first branch in Nowra.
The new branch will be located in the Stockland Shopping Centre near the entrance to Woolworths.
Recruitment is currently underway for five staff. This will allow the branch to open by the end of July.
The Nowra branch will be the Greater's sixth in the region. Other
branches are also located at Corrimal, Figtree, Shellharbour, Warrawong
and Wollongong.
Greater chief executive officer John Arnold says the new branch will
provide added convenience for the hundreds of existing Greater
customers living in the Nowra area.
It will also provide new customers with access to the Greater's
comprehensive range of competitive savings, investment and loan
products.
The Greater has opened 11 new branches in the past four years.
"Against the trend, we continue to open more branches as part of our
commitment to providing the best customer service possible," Mr Arnold
says.
The Greater Building Society is a Top 500* listed Australian company
and one of the fastest growing building societies in the country. It is
a leader in offering innovative rewards for home loan customers, such
as free holidays, as well transaction fee free savings accounts.

Queensland. It plans to open two more branches in Southern Queensland
