The Greater's Robina branch, on the Gold Coast, has taken out a Robina Town Centre Business Excellence Award.

The award was for the best Non Reporting Business. This category includes all 67 businesses in the centre who do not report sales figures. It is the largest of the awards' 11 categories.

Regional Manager Karen Laws congratulated branch manager David Ashton and his staff.

She said the judging process included a year long assessment by independent judges looking for consistently high levels of service, presentation and information.

"It is our staff's consistent commitment to our members that won us this award," Ms Laws said.

Robina Town Centre is one of the largest shopping centres on the Gold Coast with more than 200 stores and businesses. The Greater opened a kiosk at the centre in 2003. This year was the first year of operation as a full service branch.
