A fund raising account has been established for the 22 year old south coast woman who last month was struck by a rock when it crashed through the window of a car in which she was travelling.

The Greater Building Society has kick started the Nicole Miller Appeal with a donation of $5,000.

Nowra branch manager Jacqui Crapp says the account has been opened by friends and family and will be used for Nicole's ongoing rehabilitation.

Ms Crapp says there are a number of ways people can make a donation into the account.
