SMS & Email Alerts Now Available

A new service has been introduced for Greater customers that allows information about their accounts to be sent automatically by SMS or Email.

The Greater is the first Building Society in Australia to offer this kind of product to its members and is confident that it will widely benefit their everyday banking needs.

The product will allow members to have more control over their accounts by having instant access to their selected transactions, which they can view via a nominated Mobile phone number or Email address.

One of the benefits to this product is the added security it brings to our members by letting them know if their account has fallen below a certain balance. This instant notification allows the member to take action immediately.
