The Greater Building Society’s Toronto branch will remain open for business while it undergoes a major refurbishment to make it a better branch for its customers and staff.
It is the tenth Greater branch to adopt the Greater’s new “branch of the future” design.
Work started today, September 26, and is expected to take approximately eight weeks.
Acting branch manager Jye Smith said to minimise inconvenience to customers the branch will remain open while the refurbishment takes place.
Mr Smith said that the new branch will provide better customer and staff amenity.
Customers will be able to enjoy ultra-modern facilities including new sit-down counter service and meeting areas,” Mr Smith said.
“We are always looking at ways to improve our service and that includes making our branches more attractive, comfortable and efficient,” he said.
“Our more colourful, warm and inviting branches will better match our friendly service.”
We thank our customers for their understanding while we undertake this work.”
The Greater’s Toronto branch has been in operation since 1982.
