Please be aware that Pin Hole cameras have been detected attached to ATM's.
They have been particularly detected in the Sydney Metropolitan area and are not Greater Building Society ATM's.
These
cameras have been positioned to capture PIN numbers whilst people
transact on the ATM. The cameras are coupled with a skimming device
which captures your card details. When a copy card is counterfeited,
both the card details and the captured PIN can be used to commit fraud
on your account.
Protect yourself by covering the number pad with your hand when inputting your PIN.
ATM's which appear to have been tampered with, or pose suspicion of any kind, should not be used.
