Always protect your passbook from theft and unauthorised use.
- Keep it in a safe & secure place.
- Don't give your passbook to another person for any reason.
- Never pre-sign withdrawal forms.
- Immediately notify the Greater Building Society if your passbook is lost or stolen on 1300 651 400.
