"He was watching me when I arrived at the ATM"
Personal safety should always be considered when using an ATM, as it can be a place of notice by thieves, particularly at night.
- Ensure that no one can observe you entering your PIN (Personal Identification Number) when using the ATM. (Shoulder Surfing).
- Be discreet when withdrawing cash at an ATM.
- If you believe an ATM has been tampered with, DO NOT use it and advise the nearest Greater Building Society or call us on 1300 651 400.
