Extensive in-House career based training
The Greater offers employees a range of customised training programs including an intensive three week Frontline Fundamentals course designed for new branch employees. The course equips participants with the skills, knowledge and confidence to perform their frontline role. Our Branch Supervisors complete the Frontline Fundamentals course along with a specialised buddy program with an experienced Supervisor. Our customised Lending courses take employees through the theoretical and practical stages of lending. Additional courses aimed at particular roles or functions are continually developed.

Accredited management program
The Greater has a formally accredited Management Program and has formed a successful partnership with the University of New England to offer employees the opportunity to obtain an Advanced Diploma leading to a Masters qualification. It also offers the opportunity to complete a Certificate 4 in Frontline Management to all supervisory positions.

Recognition of employee service
