First Home Owner Grant Scheme

The First Home Owner Grant Scheme is a joint Federal and State Government initiative. Under the scheme, a one-off grant of up to $7,000 is payable to first home owners who meet the Government's eligibility criteria.

To find out if you are eligible to apply for these schemes you can ask our staff or refer to the Office of State Revenue websites in NSW, ACT, and QLD at: www.osr.nsw.gov.au, www.revenue.act.gov.au and www.osr.qld.gov.au.

Your Greater manager can arrange the application for the First Home Owner Grant so that the funds will be available at settlement or with the first drawdown on construction loans.
