1. Borrow additional funds

2. Access your equity

The Greater Line of Credit Loan allows you the flexibility to turn the equity in your property into a ready source of funds up to an approved limit.

3. Redraw from your current loan

You may be able to redraw the excess payments you have made on your current home loan excluding the repayment amount that is due and payable at end of the month. Redraws made via The Greater's Internet Banking service are free. There are no restrictions on the number of redraws you can make and the funds are available immediately if transferred to an account with The Greater. A $20.00 fee applies to manual redraws. These funds are usually credited to your Greater Building Society savings account within 24 hours.
