Loan Application Fee:

| Add $250 per additional security to each of the above fees for loans with multiple securities. |
* If you borrow a minimum of $40,000 the application fee is only payable if you repay more than 80% of your loan within the first 4 years
** This fee is waived if you borrow an additional amount of at least $20,000 of new money on an existing loan number at a variable interest rate.
