Line of Credit
If you own your home and are looking for a line of credit or overdraft facility then the Greater's Line of Credit is the loan for you.
It gives you the convenience and flexibility this type of product offers at an affordable "Home Loan style" interest rate.
Once we approve you a limit you can redraw to that limit on an ongoing basis. As you make repayments to the loan it immediately increases the amount you can draw back.
The loan can be used over and over again.
It may be the last loan you'll ever need!
You can use the loan for whatever you want whenever you want and you don't pay interest on the unused portion of your limit.
You can repay as much as you like, as often as you like but we don't ask you to make a repayment until you reach your limit.
You can draw down the loan via our Branch network, the ATM/EFTPOS network across Australia, our Internet Banking service and cheque drawing facility.
A $3 per month account keeping fee applies, but you don't pay any transaction fees in addition to this.
Great Ways to Use a Line of Credit
- Use it as a loan that you can draw down progressively as you need funds
- Use it as a loan that you can repay and use over and over again without having to reapply or pay more application fees.
- Use it as a loan for future investment purchases (i.e. Shares or property)
- Use it as a Small Business overdraft
No Application Fee
If you borrow a minimum of $40,000 we won't charge you an application fee, valuation fee or any of the Greater's legal costs unless you repay your loan in full within the first 4 years.
