Greater Internet Banking

New Users

Organising Your Finances Just Got Easier… Introducing the Greater's Internet Banking Service.

The Greater's Internet Banking service allows you to transfer funds between Greater accounts and accounts at other financial institutions, view your transaction history and Greater account details from the comfort of your home, office, hotel or wherever you gain access to the internet.

How to Register for Internet Banking:

By Contacting our Customer Service Centre or in person at any Greater Branch

  1. As an existing Greater customer you may register for Internet Banking by
    • Contacting our Customer Service Centre on 1300 651 400 and providing your details: OR
    • Attending any of our branches in person
  2. Once registered, the Greater will email you your Customer ID Number
  3. The Greater will provide you with an Access Code via SMS if you have provided your mobile phone details. The access code will be sent by mail if you do not have a mobile phone.
  4. Once you have both your Customer ID and your Access Code click on the Registered User button and enter both codes to access your information.

Please note: for joint accounts both account holders should register individually to obtain separate Internet Banking access.
