Macintosh Users

When I click 'Go' on the Quicklinks to start Internet Banking the logon page doesn't appear.

Try using this link to access our Internet Banking.

I can access the Greater's Internet Banking service from home but not on my PC at work

If you are behind a corporate "firewall" at work you may have to ask your system administrator to make the following ports available… 80, 443.

When I enter my customer number and access code I get the message… "You must provide a value for access code".

Add the Greater's website to your list of trusted sites and change the security level.

For Internet Explorer users:

  1. Click on Tools, Internet Options
  2. Click on the Security tab.
  3. Click on the 'Trusted Sites' icon.
  4. Click on Sites.
  5. Type in https://greater.com.au.
  6. Click on Add.
  7. Click on OK
  8. Click on the Trusted Sites icon.
  9. Click on Custom Level
  10. Select LOW from the drop down list in the 'Reset to' box.
  11. Click on OK.

For Mac Users:

  1. On the Explorer menu, click Preferences.
  2. Under Web Browser, click Security Zones.
  3. On the Zone pop-up menu, click Local intranet zone, Trusted sites zone, or Restricted sites zone.
  4. Click Add Sites.
  5. If you're adding a web site to the local intranet zone, select the options you want, and then click Advanced.
  6. Click Add.
  7. Type the address of the Web site you want to add, and then click OK.
  8. Click OK.
