When I click 'Go' on the Quicklinks to start Internet Banking the logon page doesn't appear.
Try using this link to access our Internet Banking.

I can access the Greater's Internet Banking service from home but not on my PC at work
If you are behind a corporate "firewall" at work you may have to ask your system administrator to make the following ports available… 80, 443.
When I enter my customer number and access code I get the message… "You must provide a value for access code".
Add the Greater's website to your list of trusted sites and change the security level.
For Internet Explorer users:
- Click on Tools, Internet Options
- Click on the Security tab.
- Click on the 'Trusted Sites' icon.
- Click on Sites.
- Type in https://greater.com.au.
- Click on Add.
- Click on OK
- Click on the Trusted Sites icon.
- Click on Custom Level
- Select LOW from the drop down list in the 'Reset to' box.
- Click on OK.
For Mac Users:
- On the Explorer menu, click Preferences.
- Under Web Browser, click Security Zones.
- On the Zone pop-up menu, click Local intranet zone, Trusted sites zone, or Restricted sites zone.
- Click Add Sites.
- If you're adding a web site to the local intranet zone, select the options you want, and then click Advanced.
- Click Add.
- Type the address of the Web site you want to add, and then click OK.
- Click OK.
