Register for Internet Banking
The Greater's Internet Banking Service gives you convenient access to information about accounts you hold with us and allows you to conduct a range of transactions from the comfort of your home, office, hotel or wherever you can gain access to the Internet. Best of all, the Greater's Internet Banking Service is Free.
Internet Banking allows you to:
- View the balances of all accounts you hold with the Greater
- View and print statements on all accounts you hold with the Greater
- Export statement information for use in spreadsheet and accounting packages
- Immediately transfer funds between your Greater accounts
- Transfer funds from your Greater accounts to accounts held at any financial institution in Australia
- Make deposits to multiple third party accounts using the Batch Pay system
- Set up periodical payments from your Greater accounts
- Pay bills using BPAY®
- Make future dated transfers and BPAY® payments
- View details of previous Internet Banking sessions you have conducted
- Change the title of accounts you hold for easier identification for Internet banking transactions
- Send secure emails to the Greater
- Disable accounts from Internet banking that you do not wish to transact on over the Internet
- Activate your new Access or Visa card when it arrives
How to Register for Internet Banking:
- As an existing Greater customer, you may register for Internet Banking by contacting our Customer Service Centre on 1300 651 400 or attending any of our branches in person.
- Once registered, the Greater will email you your Customer ID number.
- The Greater will then provide you with an Access Code via SMS if you have provided your mobile phone details. The access code will be sent by mail if you do not have a mobile phone.
- Once you have both your Customer ID and your Access Code, click on the 'Log on' button and enter both codes to access your information.
For joint accounts, both account holders should register individually to obtain separate Internet Banking access.
