The Greater's online chat facility is similar to instant messaging services such as Windows Live Messenger and Google Talk. When using our online chat, you can communicate in real time to a Greater specialist, so you can receive help and have questions answered about The Greater's products.
An invite for you to chat online may automatically pop up when you are in certain sections of The Greater's website - sections where we think you might be able to use some support or assistance.
We won't ask you to share your confidential banking information with us during the online chat. The only information you may be asked for is your first name, last name, location and phone number (in case we need to call you back).
