Bringing Straightforward Banking back to Robina.

The Greater has called The Gold Coast home for over 10 fantastic years, and over that time we’ve helped our many customers reach their financial goals, and have made some lifelong friends.

So when we decided to re-launch our Robina branch, we knew we had to do it right – we owed it to all our loyal and valued customers who have come to love what The Greater has to offer.

I’m pleased to say that over the weekend, we re-introduced ourselves to Robina locals with a bang.

The Big Day

Our new Robina Town Centre branch is in a great, accessible location, so we knew we could expect a bumper crowd. What we saw, however, was an overwhelmingly positive response to Straightforward Banking, with hundreds upon hundreds of locals stopping by to see what we were all about.

Gold Coast favourites Hot Tomato were broadcasting live from the site, and they kept us dancing all morning.

To say thanks to all our loyal customers, and to introduce locals to The Greater, we made plenty of friends by handing out $5 Life Saver Account vouchers. We think this should help kick-start Robina’s savings!

To top the day off, we decided to show our love for the Gold Coast by announcing funding for two outstanding institutions who are constantly improving life outcomes for locals. The New Branch

Our new branch reflects The Greater we want to be to all customers – modern, open, tech savvy, and above all, helpful and friendly.

Firstly, the branch looks great, out with the old blue and white, and in with warm colours and natural furnishings which generate a comforting, welcoming atmosphere.

We’ve done away with the vast empty spaces and imposing counter partitions, instead opting for a layout that promotes conversation and demonstration.

Finally, we’ve delivered on our commitment to deliver straightforward banking via the channel of your choice. Our Robina branch allows customers the option of doing their banking over the counter, or by taking advantage of one of our connected in-branch devices. Our expert staff are also able to help customers set up online or mobile banking on the spot, and answer any questions that may arise.
