The Hunter Track Classic lit up Glendale Athletics Centre on Saturday night, as the nation's best came together to vie for supremacy. The Greater Building Society was on hand to help out and to find out just how fast Hunter kids really are.
The event saw some of Australia's best athletes burn up the track in pursuit of personal bests, with Kurt Fearnley, Robbie Crowther, Morgan Mitchell, Caitlin Sargent and Jack Hale all competing.
But for those not quite at the elite level, the Greater's Hunter's Fastest Kid race gave them a chance to shine.
With entry categories of under 8's, under 12's and under 16's, children of all ages and skill levels were encouraged to get active and test themselves against their peers for the chance to win a Greater LifeSaver Account loaded with $50.
After some fierce competition, we're thrilled to announce the winners of each age group below:
Boys Under 8 (70 metres)
Jai Callaghan - 11.62s
Girls Under 8 (70 metres)
Ella Gilchrist - 11.48s
Boys Under 12 (100 metres)

The Greater has been proudly supporting the Hunter Track Classic for many years, and is thrilled to be counted as their event partner again in 2015.
We'd like to congratulate all our winners and encourage them to learn more about their Life Saver account so they can get the most of its fantastic features and benefits.
