For Greater Bank customers, managing your money this October Long Weekend is a breeze. Here's all the information you'll need.

Scheduled Maintenance

We’ll be performing scheduled maintenance to our Card System this long weekend, from 12am – 5am on Monday October 7th. This means that Visa transactions may be impacted during this time, but ATM and EFTPOS transactions should remain unaffected. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your patience.

Our branch and contact centre opening hours

  • Friday October 4 – OPEN
  • Saturday October 5 – OPEN
  • Sunday October 6 – CLOSED
  • Monday October 7 (Labour Day in NSW/ACT and Queen’s Birthday in QLD) – CLOSED
  • Tuesday October 8 - OPEN

Scheduled Payments

If you have payments scheduled on Monday, October 7 (Labour Day in NSW/ACT and Queen’s Birthday in QLD), please be aware that funds will be debited from your account on Friday, October 4. In order to ensure these payments are completed, please ensure your account is funded as of Friday, October 4.
