Greater Bank has again taken out the 2019 Home Lender of the Year as part of Money magazine’s 15th annual Consumer Finance Awards.
Greater Bank Limited received the highest NPS score among all Australian Customer-Owned Financial Institutions in the DBM BFSM and/or DBM Consumer Atlas Studies in Australia. Award is based on over 80,000 business owners or retail customers who have a financial product between January 2018 through December 2018. Award results are based on experiences and perceptions of customers surveyed in this period.
