Home Lender of the Year

Not only are we Australia's Bank of the Year for the second year running, we've been named Money magazine's Home Lender of the Year (2018)

We're going to need a bigger trophy cabinet...

Our customers are a happy bunch, and now it's easy to see why. We've just been named Best Customer-Owned Institution of the Year in the 2020 Money Magazine Awards!

This comes after being named Money Magazine's Home Lender of the Year for 2019 (backing up from our 2018 win), picking up nine (that's right, NINE) Mozo Expert's Choice Awards for 2019, including being named Mozo's Australia's Home Lender Bank of the Year!

At Greater Bank, each and every day is a chance for us to help our customers say "we did it" and to have been recognised for such accolades by consumers and industry experts is something we're really proud of!

What our home loan customers are saying about us

"I'm Stephen, and this is Kylie - we're at Eagle's Nest Estate in Wadalba, NSW. We're at the site of our new house, being built. It's been a long time coming, and to see it actually going up is really exciting.

When we were at our house we sold, we decided to refinance and put a pool in. We weren't overly happy with how we were being treated by one of the big banks. So, I reached out to Greater Bank and talked about what we wanted to do. Their approach was just excellent, their rates were on the money for us, so we took the plunge and moved away from the big 4 to Greater Bank"
