Greater Bank has been a supporter of women's sport in the areas we call home for decades, and as such we're beyond proud to also be on board as Major Sponsor of the W-League Squad. Our aim is to help the club promote women's football across Newcastle, The Hunter and Northern NSW.

Greater Bank has been the major sponsor of the Newcastle Jets’ W-League Team since 2017. The sponsorship was an extension of our Major Community Partner sponsorship, which Greater Bank has been committed to since 2015. 

Women’s elite sport is on the rise in Australia, presenting our local athletes with high profile stages on which to perform. The Westfield W-League has been central to this.

Greater Bank is proud to continue its commitment as a major partner of the women's team. The players have shown that they are not only great footballers, but outstanding role models and ambassadors away from the playing field.

Players like Emily Van Egmond, Cassidy Davis and Hannah Brewer are not only proving themselves to be outstanding players in the W-League but also heroes to the many thousands of young Hunter region girls who share the same dreams of one day representing Newcastle in the W-League.
