Greater Charitable Foundation has announced a commitment of close to $800,000 to support four new charitable partners over the next three years.
Meet the Greater Charitable Foundation Board of Directors
Director, B Ec. MBA (With merit), GAICD
Jayne Drinkwater is currently Deputy Chair of Greater Bank and Chair of the Board Remuneration Committee. She is also a non executive director of Hunter Water Corporation and CBHS Corporate Health and has served on a number of boards over the last ten years. Jayne brings a wealth of experience having held previous roles as Interim CEO nib New Zealand, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer at nib Health Funds and as a senior banking and financial services executive in operations, IT, customer service and marketing.
Director
Emma is the Chief Distribution Officer for Greater Bank, after joining the organisation in 2017 in the role of Chief Operations Officer. Emma has close to 30 years’ experience working in the finance industry having commenced her career with NPBS prior to relocating to London for a few years whilst working for Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Upon returning to Australia, Emma held a number of senior leadership & transformational roles across Institutional and Corporate Banking at NAB with a strong focus on business optimisation.
Director, Responsible Person, OAM, Justice of the Peace
Julie Ainsworth OAM is a Founder-appointed Director and Responsible Person for the Greater Charitable Foundation. Julie is a former General Manager of Newcastle Newspapers and a long-time business and community advocate, having served on boards and committees for a variety of not-for-profits, charities and associations across the Hunter. Julie brings a variety of skills and experience to the Board, including her business acumen, leadership, mentorship and desire to make a difference.
Director
Ingrid Kaczor is the CEO-appointed Director to the Greater Charitable Foundation Board. As the Community Engagement Manager at Greater Bank, Ms Kaczor has extensive skills in the community, sponsorship, local-area marketing space which enables her to provide informed insights into the Foundation’s partnerships.
