To find out why your direct debit didn't go through, you can call us on 13 13 86 during our Contact Centre hours of operation (Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6:00pm and Saturday 8.00am - 1.00pm) and a friendly staff member will be able to assist you.
Alternatively you can send Greater Bank a secure mail from within Online Banking or our App, requesting further information regarding the failed direct debit.
Please provide the direct debit date and amount. We’ll reply via secure mail.
