It is important to know that your card has an Expiry Date

Each card is issued with an expiry date.

It is important to know that you will not be able to use your card after the expiry date.

At Greater Bank our cards are valid for approximately 4 years.

You will receive a replacement card the month before it expires.

Your replacement card will be sent to your recorded postal address and you will need to activate the card when you receive it.

Your existing PIN number will work with your new replacement card. The only change will be to the card number and the expiry date.

The expiry date is also used if you have a direct debit set up so you will need to notify anyone who might have your card details on file.
