I lost my passbook
If you’ve lost or misplaced your Greater Bank passbook, we can help. All you need to do is get in touch with us via one of the following methods, and a friendly Greater Bank staff member can help order you a replacement.
You can call our Contact Centre during their hours of operation on 1300 651 400 (Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm and Saturday 8.00am - 1.00pm).
If you’re an Internet Banking or Mobile Banking customer, you can send us a secure mail requesting a replacement passbook.
Of course, you’re also able to visit your local branch to request a replacement passbook
