I lost my passbook
If you’ve lost or misplaced your Greater Bank passbook, we can help.
All you need to do is get in touch with us via one of the following methods, and a friendly Greater Bank staff member can help.
- You can call our Contact Centre during their hours of operation on 13 13 86 (Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6:00pm and Saturday 8.00am - 1.00pm).
- If you’re an Online Banking customer, you can send us a secure mail.
