- Friday, December 25 (Christmas Day) - Our branch network and contact centre will be closed.
- Saturday, December 26 (Boxing Day) - Our branch network and contact centre will be closed.
- Sunday, December 27 - Our branch network and contact centre will be closed as usual.
- Monday, December 28 (Public Holiday) - Our branch network and contact centre will be closed
- Tuesday, December 29 until Thursday, December 31 (inclusive) - Our branch network and contact centre will be open as usual, except for Mona Vale branch which will be open between 9am – 2pm.
- Friday, January 1 (New Year's Day) - Our branch network and contact centre will be closed.
- Saturday, January 2 - Our branch network and contact centre will be closed.
- Scheduled Payments - due to the public holidays on Friday, December 25, Monday, December 28 and Friday, January 1, your scheduled payments will be processed on the last working day before these dates (Thursday, December 24 and Thursday, December 31st) - make sure your accounts are funded!
