- Monday October 4 (Labour Day in NSW/ACT and Queen’s Birthday in QLD) – CLOSED

Scheduled Payments
If you have payments scheduled on Saturday, October 2, Sunday, October 3 or Monday, October 4 (Labour Day in NSW/ACT and Queen’s Birthday in QLD), please be aware that funds will be debited from your account on Friday, October 1. In order to ensure these payments are completed, please ensure your account is funded as of Friday, October 1.
Online Banking & Mobile App
Greater Bank customers can access their money around the clock via Online Banking, or by downloading the latest version of our Mobile App for iOS and Android devices.
Scheduled Maintenance
There is no maintenance scheduled over the October Long Weekend. If you encounter any issues accessing your money through our Online Banking or Mobile App, please let us know on 13 13 86, or via Facebook Messenger.
