NGM Foundation Board of Directors

Our Board

The Foundation is governed by the NGM Group Foundations Board which is comprised of a Chair and four Directors. The Board meets quarterly to set and monitor the Foundation’s strategic direction, consider and approve funding requests, guide financial, risk and investment decisions, ensure compliance with ACNC and ATO guidelines and assess outcomes of funded projects and programs.

The Foundation is a Private Ancillary Fund and provides grants to eligible Australian Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) charities and is governed by the ATO’s Private Ancillary Fund Guidelines (2009).

Areas of impact

We partner with charities delivering innovative and scalable initiatives to improve outcomes for communities in need in the following areas:

Food production

Educate and empower communities to produce nutritious food using sustainable practices.

Circular economy

Engage and educate communities in waste reduction through the reuse, recycling and regeneration of resources.

Sustainable dwellings

Promoting sustainable design and technologies while making existing dwellings more efficient and comfortable.

Education

Equipping learners with the skills and mindset they need to confidently address future challenges and thrive in a changing world.

Employment

Initiatives that prepare and connect people to meaningful job and career advancement opportunities.
