How do I update my address or contact details?
Greater Bank customers are able to change their address or contact details via our app, online banking, over the phone, or in branch.
To update your details in app or online banking:
- On desktop go to ‘My details’ which is located on the left hand side menu.
- If using a mobile device or app, it’s located on the bottom menu bar.
- Once you click into 'My details', you’ll see your email address, mobile number, home address postal address. Clicking into any of these fields will allow you to view and update.
It's important to remember, if you update your contact details (mobile number or email address) with us, this change will not affect any existing PayIDs you have set up for your individual Greater Bank accounts.
