Know of a community organisation that makes your part of the world greater? We want to hear about it. Head to your local region page below, upload a photo and tell us all about them in 100 words or less. (Don't forget to tell the organisation you've entered them!)

At the end of each voting period, we'll announce our winners. First, second and third place winners all win a cash prize, and your local community organisations can keep doing the things you know and love them for.
