I’d like to set up a Direct Debit
In order to set up a recurring direct debit on your account, you will need to speak to the biller directly to set up a Direct Debit.
You will need to provide them with your account name, account number and BSB.
If you are needing to confirm these details, You can call us on 13 13 86 during our Contact Centre hours of operation (Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6:00pm and Saturday 8.00am - 1.00pm) and a friendly staff member will be able to assist you.
Alternatively you can send Greater Bank a secure mail from within Online Banking or our App requesting this information also.
