How do I know if we need to set up a Nominated Representative to share data on my business accounts?
If your business is a non-individual entity, you will be required to set up your Nominated Representative. A non-individual is one of the following customer types:
- Partnership (where all partners are 18 years or over)
- Company
- Association or Co-operative
- Government Body
- Trust
