To disable a joint account from data sharing:

Online Banking

  1. Log on
  2. Go to Manage
  3. Select Security and access
  4. Select Data Sharing
  5. Select the Manage Data Sharing button 
  6. Select Manage account settings
  7. Select the account you want to disable sharing on
  8. Select Disable all data sharing
  9. Select the red Stop All Sharing button

To re-enable a joint account for data sharing follow the above steps by selecting the account you wish to update and select the Enable Sharing button.
