Why might some Visa Debit card purchases not qualify?
To qualify for this Promotion, a transaction must be processed through the Visa network. In some cases, merchants or their payment providers may choose to process transactions through a different payment network. Because Newcastle Permanent/Greater Bank does not control how a merchant processes a transaction, some Visa Debit card purchases may not qualify for the Promotion.
