Fraud on your account outside of business hours?

What do I do if I discover suspicious activity on my card or account outside of business hours?

We know that scammers may strike at any time, so here’s how to get in touch with us if you discover suspicious activity relating to your cards or accounts outside of business hours:

  • Please email our Fraud and Security team at fraud@greater.com.au. Be sure to include information about the type of activity you’ve noticed and the best contact method we can use to reach out to you to assist.
