In NSW
A $10,000 First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) is available when you buy or build your first new home.
Your first new home can be a house, townhouse, apartment, unit or similar that is newly built, purchased off the plan or substantially renovated.

In QLD
In Queensland, eligible first home buyers can access up to $30,000 through the First Home Owner Grant when purchasing or building a new home, for contracts signed between November 20, 2023, and June 30, 2025. This grant aims to assist first-time buyers in reducing the costs of entering the property market.
