Why is there a Foreign Currency Conversion Fee on my bank statement?
Fees apply to all outward International Payments as outlined in our Financial Services Guide which can be viewed here.
So that we’re compliant with legislation, we’ve made a small change to the way Foreign Currency Conversion Fees appear on your Greater Bank statement.
Whereas, before, the Foreign Currency Conversion Fee was included in the purchase price of the foreign currency, the fee is now listed out as a separate item on your statement.
