I forgot my username to log in to Online Banking
If you use the mobile app with a 4 digit Access Code, you can view your username by selecting ‘More’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘My Details’ (your username will be displayed at the top of the screen).
Alternatively, give us a call on 13 13 86 Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6:00pm. Saturday, 8.00am to 1.00pm AEST, drop into your nearest branch or leave us a message on Facebook and we’ll help you recover your username.
