Academies of Sport
Greater Bank has been a long-term partner of sport in the Hunter and as our network has grown so has our support. We are now the major partner of three regional academies of sport in NSW.
At Greater Bank, we understand that chasing your dreams, on and off the court, inevitably costs money. We want you to have the best chance of achieving those dreams by giving you the financial skills to budget and save for the things that matter most to you!
We’re doing this by setting you a budgeting challenge that will get you to the Academy Games. Your challenge is to put together a budget of all the income and expenses involved in travelling to, and taking part in, the Academy Games in 2022. For expenses think food, travel, new shoes…the list goes on! For income, think about your savings, casual job or other ways you can earn money.
To do this, we’re providing you with our Finance Academy workbook. Work your way through the workbook and you’ll be armed with the skills to complete the challenge. Workbooks will be provided to you by your Academy staff.
Download your budget template from the button below, then submit your completed budget via email to community@greater.com.au by 7:00pm, Sunday 3 April.
We’ve got 3 x $100 Rebel Sport vouchers to give away to our winners.
Winners will be announced on your bus trip to the Academy Games.
