We've been busy behind the scenes enhancing your online banking experience. We've streamlined online banking so that whether you access your accounts using a PC, tablet or smartphone, your experience will be the same. The improvements will simplify how many things are done, and the aim is to make online banking easier for you.
Here are the highlights:
Sort your accounts into your preferred order - put your most-used accounts near one another for quick reference in your main accounts screen.
You can now opt to see your password on the log-in page, to make sure you've entered it correctly.
We've made it easier to share your account details with anyone who wants to transfer you money.
It's now easier to open a new account online.
Our improved search function helps you find just what you're looking for.
Easy to use navigation options will help you manage your money with ease, including buttons to transfer funds between your accounts, pay anyone, complete BPAY payments, view account information and view and edit your scheduled payments.
Making accessing online banking easier
From Tuesday, 23 March you will no longer have to select your 3 Personal Icons from the login screen to successfully log in to Online Banking. Instead, you will receive a code via SMS to your registered mobile number, which will allow you to complete your Online Banking login.

Q. If I have a company, organisation or association login, where will the SMS code go to?
A. The SMS code will go to the registered mobile banking number recorded against the company, organisation or association login details. This mobile number may belong to the director or owner, authorised signatory or office bearer on the account.
Q. Will I require an SMS code every time I login to Online Banking?
A. Yes. You will receieve an SMS verification code every time you login, whether you login on a desktop computer, mobile device, tablet or iPad.
Q. Can I update my mobile number?
A. Yes. You will need to call the Customer Contact Centre on 1300 651 400 to update your mobile number.
Q. Do I have to have this SMS verification security as part of my login?
A. No. You do not have to have this as part of your login, however if you have special requirements on your account, these may need to be modified. Please call the Customer Contact Centre on 1300 651 400.
Q. Can I remove this SMS verification security from my login?
A. Yes. You can do this by calling the Customer Contact Centre on 1300 651 400.
