Why do some paywave transactions show as cash withdrawal on my statement?
Some eftpos transactions are appearing as a cash withdrawal.
We are in the process of rectifying this issue so the transactions will appear as eftpos Wdl.
To clarify if the transaction was a cash withdrawal or eftpos withdrawal simply contact your local branch or the Contact Centre on 13 13 86 or send us a secure mail via Online Banking.
