    When you need to make a claim, it’s good to know you can get the help you’re after.

    The fastest, easiest way is online. You can submit your claim 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, whenever it suits you. Find out how to do this in the point below

  • Lodging a claim online

    Lodging your travel insurance claim online is easy and can be done in a few simple steps!

    Step 1: Make sure you have the relevant documentation available – for example your itineraries, booking confirmations or any reports related to your claim

    Step 2: Provide us with information about you and your trip by answering the questions listed

    Step 3: Describe the incident leading to your claim in detail – including more detail helps avoid unnecessary delays in the assessment of your claim

    Step 4: List each of the expenses separately – following the prompts on the site will allow you to do this

    Step 5: Make sure all of your relevant documentation is saved somewhere accessible and upload all required information – remember if something is missing and we require further details from you, this will impact the time taken to assess your claim

    Step 6: Provide us with the details of where you would like any approved funds deposited – please note we can’t deposit on to credit cards.

  • Can I submit a claim on behalf of someone else?

    No, all claims must be submitted by the policy holder. However, the policy holder can authorise a travel agent or broker during the submission process. In unusual circumstances, if a policyholder has appointed someone else in writing such as via a valid Power of Attorney or the policyholder is deceased, then the appointed attorney or the deceased's estate or next of kin may be able to submit a claim.

  • How long will it take for my claim to be finalised?

    Our claims team will contact you via your preferred method within 10 business days of claim lodgement to update you on the assessment of your claim. At this time we will advise you if we can finalise your claim as is or if further information is required.

  • Can I submit my claim when I return from my trip?

    Yes - we ask that the claim be submitted as soon as possible after the event, however we also understand you may not have access to all documents whilst on your trip.

  • What if I cannot find my supporting documents?

    We only ask for documentation that helps us ensure your claim meets your policy s Terms & Conditions. If you cannot provide a document, please provide an explanation why and our team will take this into consideration.

  • Is there a size limit for the attachments I upload?

    Yes. Your claim itself cannot exceed 8MB inclusive of all attachments therefore try and limit the size of each attachment as much as possible. We recommend placing documents in PDF versions as well as compressing images.

  • What if I want to supply additional information once I have submitted?

    After submission of your claim you can still submit any additional information you believe may assist in the processing of your claim. It's best to submit this via email to ensuring your quote your Policy number and that your claim was submitted Online in the email. If our team require any additional information as part of the claims process they will contact you upon assessment.
