The offers exist for both owner-occupier and investment purposes, and are available on our Great Rate Home Loan, Ultimate Home Loan, Great Rate Investment Home Loan and Ultimate Investment Home Loan.
The cashback offer is for new borrowings only.
Our two cashback offers are:
- $3,000 cashback if the amount of credit is $500,000 or more and your loan to value ratio is less than or equal to 80%
- $2,000 cashback if the amount of credit is between $250,000 - $499,999 and your loan to value ratio is less than or equal to 80%
