When can construction start?
We'll let you know when construction can begin, which is normally after we release the first progress payment.
There are a few criteria you'll have to fulfil to start construction and receive the first payment, including providing us with proof that your builder is licensed and has builder's insurance, the building contract, and council approved plans.
