Football fans from across the New England had the chance to see some of the finest A-League Men’s and Women’s talent in action when the Jets:TOUR powered by Greater Bank headed to the region in November.
The Newcastle Jets used the World Cup break to head to Tamworth to conduct a range of community activities including school visits, Jets:PLAY clinics for aspiring footballers and open training sessions.
The tour culminated with a double header of matches at Scully Park where the Women achieved a 4-2 win over Western Sydney Wanderers, while the Men turned in an impressive performance against current league leaders, Melbourne City, drawing 1-1.
